Prices do not include 7% NYS sales tax and 4% county occupancy tax. Prices above reflect low off-season rate and higher rate for Friday/Saturday nights in June, July, August and Foliage Season (October 1-20).

General Policies

Smoking is not permitted inside the Inn.
Sorry, guest pets cannot be accommodated.
50% deposit is requested - returnable if cancelled 2 weeks prior to reservation date. If the room can be booked within the 2-week period, we will return your deposit.
On 3-day weekends, a 2-night minimum is required.
A stay of more than 3 nights entitles you to a 10% discount on your entire visit.
Payment methods: Checks, cash, traveler's checks. Credit Cards accepted only via PayPal.
Children are welcome.
